Changes to the Patient portal / Repeat Prescription Request Services - Effective from Monday 20 March 2023

Our current patient portal and repeat prescription requests are supported by a company called ConnectMed.  They are closing their service so we need to provide an alternative patient portal, which is Manage my Health.

On 20 March, an invitation to sign up to the Manage my Health portal will be sent to all of our enrolled patients 18 years and over who have an email address on their medical record.  (16-17 years olds please contact us directly for access).

The current Connectmed service will no longer be available from 20 March so you will need to sign up to Manage my Health to access your health information and to order repeat prescriptions online from that date.

To receive an invitation please ensure we have your current email address on your medical record.
