Our discounted fees apply to our enrolled patients for payment on the day of consultation.
Enrolled Payment Fees
Non-payment on the day incurs an additional $5.
Dressings, splints, braces, casts, medications and other materials may not be covered by the ACC, so may attract additional charges.
Additional fees apply for extended or double consultations. Follow-up appointments do not attract a discount.
Please note: Government policy is to fund your General Practice through Primary Health Organisations (PHOs). This practice is part of the Pegasus PHO.

Shingles Vaccine
The Shingrix vaccine is funded for patients age 65. Other patients are welcome to contact us to find out if they can get this vaccine and the costs.
Travel Health and Vaccinations
Our travel advice covers general advice to keep you healthy whilst travelling, and advice on which vaccinations are appropriate for your destination.
Our ability to provide this service depends on how soon you are travelling. The earlier you contact us the better.
We ask that you complete a travel questionnaire. After receiving this, we can do the appropriate research before we see you.
The travel advice fee is payable before we research your travel plans. It covers the research, review of your medical record to identify recommended vaccines (and any contra-indications to administration of recommended vaccines and treatments), and other advice to you.

Southern Cross Easy-claim is Available to Our Patients
Easy-claim allows our reception staff to instantly submit insurance claims on behalf of Southern Cross members. It is used for assorted day-to-day services provided by Hoon Hay Medical and members simply provide us with a membership number. An outcome on your claim is delivered within seconds! Claims approved on the spot are paid directly to the practice.
