If you have any concerns that you may have developed a variant of COVID-19, do not enter the clinic.   Ring us for advice.

To protect us all, please do not come into the clinic until you are advised to.   We will continue to limit the number of patients in the building.  On arrival, scan the QR code or sign the register. Wear a mask at all times.  We ask that you are only accompanied by someone else if necessary.

We are offering phone consultations when possible.  If a face-to-face appointment is required, it will be booked once a patient has been screened and vaccination status checked.  We are not currently offering online appointment bookings.

Green Stream

Patients 12 years and over who are wearing a mask, are vaccinated and do not have respiratory symptoms can book a face-to-face consultation via our green stream, or can have a phone consultation if a physical examination is not required.  Patients under 12 years of age who are accompanied by a parent/carer who is wearing a mask, is vaccinated and does not have respiratory symptoms can also be seen in green stream.

Orange Stream

Patients 12 years and over who are not wearing a mask and/or are not vaccinated and do not have respiratory symptoms will be offered a phone consultation in the first instance.  If a face-to-face appointment is necessary for physical examination, an appointment will be offered via our orange stream.  On arrival the clinician will ring the patient while they are in their car/outside to start the consultation.  If a physical examination is required, the patient will be asked to come directly into Treatment Room B once the clinician has put on PPE.

Red Stream

All patients who have respiratory symptoms, regardless of age, mask wearing and vaccination status will continue to be seen via our red stream which is based in Treatment Room A.  You will be asked to come around the back of the building.  Please call reception to let us know you have arrived. If you have come by car, remain in your car until the assessment, keeping it well ventilated.  If not arriving by car, wait around the back until we attend to you.
