Under traffic light Orange we continue to offer phone consultations as a first option.

For patients who need to be seen face-to-face, we have our green stream for patients who do not have any COVID-19/respiratory symptoms.   On arrival you can come to Reception, unless you are asked to ring from outside/your car.  We have limited spaces in our waiting area.

For patients who do have COVID-19/respiratory symptoms, they will be triaged by our phone nurse and given a red stream appointment.  We have 2 red stream sessions each day with pre-allocated GPs/nurse practitioner and a nurse.  We continue to offer COVID-19 PCR and RAT swabs.

Masks must be worn at all times in our building.

We ask that the number of support persons is limited to one per patient, and that they only accompany you if necessary.
