We are moving from our current patient database to a newer version from Monday 17 February. Leading up to this change we will have less team members available for part of our training days on 12 and 13 February. On the 17 February 'go live' day, we will not have routine appointments in the morning, but we are open and available for urgent care. You can still ring us. Our information systems may be operating a little differently, with some manual systems in place temporarily. We appreciate your patience during this time and aim to return to our usual service as soon as possible. We plan to offer our routine care from the afternoon of 17 February onwards. We may experience some new ways of doing things when we start to use the new system, so we also appreciate your understanding while we become familiar with our new database.
